Principal photography has begun and days one and two flowed like hot cocoa down your throat on a snowy day. You know. When it is at that perfect temperature. Not HOT hot cocoa. Just... hot... cocoa.... where it tastes really good and is just what you want? You know what I mean.
We arrived at the GTC Burbank at 7:00AM July 2nd and 3rd - a gorgeous little theater tucked into the back corner of a quiet little park in historic downtown Burbank.
Spirits were high in the cast and crew alike. We assembled a team of hardworking theater folk who understand the hurry-up-and-wait game. Not a single diva fit was thrown and not one castmember locked themselves in their trailers... probably because we didn't have trailers and the public restrooms don't have locks. But that's neither here nor there. What I'm trying to say is that the set was infused with a spirt of esprit de corps. Play and professionalism were at their perfect-est mix. You folks who have worked on shows know what I'm talking about. You just want to wander around set and hug everyone for being so awesome.
Here are some pictures from behind the scenes:
And what do you get with folks this wonderful? Shots like this...
This is gonna be a great series...
